SI 2022/1367. The Plant Health and Trade in Animals and Related Products (Amendment) Regulations 2022. Comes into force 19th December.  Amends SI 2019/1517 The Official Controls (Plant Health and Genetically Modified Organisms (England) Regulations 2019 to take account of changes to UK law following BREXIT.

SI 2022/1378. The Health and Safety and Nuclear (Fees) Regulations 2022. Comes into force 21st December.  These Regulations revoke and replace the Health and Safety and Nuclear (Fees) Regulations 2021 (SI 2021/33). The Regulations fix or determine the fees payable by an applicant to  the Health and Safety Executive.

SI 2022/1383.  The Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Exemptions) (Fees) Regulations 2022.  Comes into force 6th April. These Regulations permit the introduction of fees payable to the Secretary of State for determining applications for the grant, renewal or revocation of an exemption from the restriction in regulation 3(1) of the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012.

SI 2022/1342. The Merchant Shipping (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) Regulations 2022. Comes into force 10th January. These Regulations implement the requirements of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978 which were previously implemented by SI 2015/782 The Merchant Shipping (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) Regulations 2015.
