SI 2023/907. The Higher-Risk Buildings (Management of Safety Risks etc) (England) Regulations 2023. Comes into force at the same time as Section 83 of Building Safety Act 2022. These Regulations, which apply to England only, make largely administrative provision in relation to the management of safety risks in higher-risk buildings.

SI 2023/909. The Building (Higher-Risk Buildings Procedures) (England) Regulations 2023. Comes into force 1st October. These Regulations sets out the procedures for applying for building control approval in relation to higher-risk buildings.

SI 2023/911. The Building Regulations etc. (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2023. Comes into force 1st October. These make a number of amendments to the Building Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/2214). Amendments are made with respect to higher-risk buildings.

RI 2023/406. Circular Economy (Waste Recovery Levy) Regulations 2023.  Comes into force 1st September. These Regulations provide for the introduction of a Waste Recovery Levy as provided for by section 73A of the Waste Management Act 1996 as inserted by section 29 of the Circular Economy and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022.
