The Renewable Heat Incentive Schemes (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016. Came into force 16th February. These Regulations amend the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 and the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014.

Commission Regulation amending Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) as regards cadmium. Comes into force 7th March. Sets concentration limits for cadmium in certain paints.

The Animals and Animal Products (Examination for Residues and Maximum Residue Limits) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016. Comes into force 31st March. These Regulations replace provisions formerly contained in the Animals and Animal Products (Examination for Residues and Maximum Residue Limits) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 (SR 1998/237).

Commission Regulation amending the Annex to Regulation (EU) No 579/2014 granting derogation from certain provisions of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 as regards the transport of liquid oils and fats by sea. Comes into force 10th March. Substances in question are ammonium nitrate solution and nitrites and nitrates of calcium.
