SI 2020/1395. The Environment and Wildlife (Miscellaneous Amendments etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020. Comes into force come into force on IP completion day. These Regulations make amendments to legislation in the field of international trade in endangered species of wild fauna and flora, and in particular amend legislation relating to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora

SI 2020/1421. The Genetically Modified Organisms (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.  Comes into force come into force on IP completion day.  These Regulations make amendments to legislation in the field of environmental protection, and, in particular, amend legislation relating to the risk assessment, deliberate release, transboundary movements, traceability and labelling, unique identifiers, and placing on the market of genetically modified organisms.  The Regulations make minor amendments to SI 2019/759 Food and Farming (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and SI 2019/90 Genetically Modified Organisms (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

SI 2020/1422.  The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2020. Comes into force on 28th December.  These Regulations amend SI 2012/3118 Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 by adding a new requirement for the reporting of inspection of air-conditioning systems.

SI 2020/1429.  The Ship Recycling (Facilities and Requirements for Hazardous Materials on Ships) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020. Coming into force on IP implementation day.  Makes amendments to Regulation 4, European List of facilities at which ships flying the flag of a Member State may be recycled), of SR 2015/229 Ship Recycling Facilities Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015.
