RI 2022/428.  European Union (Restriction of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2022.  Regulation published 2nd September.  These Regulations amend the European Union (Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations 2012 (RI 2012/513) to give effect to the provisions of a number of Commission Delegated Directives.

SI 2022/984. The Building etc. (Amendment) (England) (No. 2) Regulations 2022.  Comes into force 26th December. These Regulations amend SI 2010/2214 The Building Regulations 2010 with respect to the provision of gigabit-ready physical infrastructure

RI 2022/466. Merchant Shipping (Life-Saving Appliances) (Amendment) Rules 2022.  Regulation published 21st September. These Regulations amend RI 2018/438  Merchant Shipping (Life-Saving Appliances) Rules 2018.  The amendments cover drills, muster lists, plans and procedures for recovery of persons from the water and maintenance and inspection of life-saving appliances.

SI 2022/988. The Environment Act 2021 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2022.  Comes into force 29th September.  Sections  94 and  96 (land valuations).
