EU 2022/2400.  Regulation amending Annexes IV and V to Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 on persistent organic pollutants. Comes into force 10th June 2023. The regulations amend the Annexes by including pentachlorophenol, dicofol and PFOA, its salts and PFOA-related compounds, as well as PFHxS, its salts and PFHxS-related compounds and indicating their corresponding concentration limits.

SI 2022/1334. The Merchant Shipping (Control of Harmful Anti-Fouling Systems on Ships) Order 2022.  Comes into force 15th December. This Order makes provision, and enables regulations to be made, to give effect to the International Convention on the Control of Harmful Anti-Fouling Systems on Ships, 2001.

SI 2022/1366. The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2022. Comes into force 1st January 2023. These Regulations amend SI 2020/1265 UK ETS Order to include flights from Great Britain to Switzerland within the definition of aviation activity.

SI 2022/1351. The Food and Feed (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations.  Comes into force 31st December.  Amends various pieces of legislation including SI 2012/2619 Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (England) 2012 and SI 2015/255 Animal Feed (Composition, Marketing and Use) (England) 2015 to take account of changes to UK law following BREXIT.
