SI 2021/1370

SI 2021/1370. The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021. Comes into force 1st January 2023. The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2009 (SI 2009/1348) were amended as part of the BREXIT process to institute a dual system of conformity assessments for transportable pressure equipment (TPE) placed on the GB market after IP day.
