The Nuclear Industries Security (Amendment) Regulations 2016. Coming into force 20th July.  These regulations amend regulation 2 of SI 2003/403 to extend the regulatory regime for the secure transport of nuclear material to include the transport of such material by air.

Commission Regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures. Comes into force 15th August. Table 3.1 of Part 3 of Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 is amended.

SR 2016/309. The Pollution Prevention and Control (Industrial Emissions) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016. Comes into force 22nd August. These Regulations amend the Pollution Prevention and Control (Industrial Emissions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013 (SR 2013/160).
