SI 2020/1103.  The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Local COVID-19 Alert Level) (Medium) (England) Regulations 2020. Comes into force 14th October.  These Regulations impose restrictions on gatherings and businesses in England, other than in the areas specified in Schedule 2, where the local COVID-19 alert level is assessed as being medium. The restrictions on businesses include the imposition of restricted hours for certain businesses and closure of certain businesses.

SI 2020/1095. The Air Quality (Domestic Solid Fuels Standards) (England) Regulations 2020.  Comes into force, with the exception of Regs 5 and 11, on May 31st 2021.  These Regulations are made under section 87 of the Environment Act 1995. They restrict the sale of certain solid fuels, and provide for the enforcement of breaches by a local authority.

SI 2020/1115. The Transfrontier Shipment of Radioactive Waste and Spent Fuel (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020. Comes into force immediately before IP completion day. These Regulations amend the Transfrontier Shipment of Radioactive Waste and Spent Fuel (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 by replacing references to “exit day” with references to “IP completion day”.

SI 2020/1111.  The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.  Comes into force immediately before IP Completion Day.  These Regulations make amendments to The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2009 (SI 2009/1348).
