RI 2022/287.  European Communities Environmental Objectives (Groundwater) (Amendment) Regulations 2022. Legislation posted 15th June.  Amends the European Communities Environmental Objectives (Groundwater) Regulations 2010 (RI 2010/9). Amends Regulation 18 on the prevention of deterioration of water quality and adds a new section of groundwater monitoring.

SI 1995/3161 – Correction Slip 1. In Regulation 5(1): “puposes” should read “purposes”.

SI 2022/672. The Pollution Prevention and Control (Fees) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2022.  Comes into force 18th June.  This regulation amends the fees chargeable for regulatory activities associated with offshore petroleum and the prevention of pollution.

SI 2022/691. The Contracts for Difference (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2022.  Comes into force 21st June.  This regulation makes minor amendments the Contracts for Difference (Definition of Eligible Generator) Regulations 2014 (SI 2014/2010 and the Contracts for Difference (Allocation) Regulations 2014 (SI 2014/2011).
