SR 2015/366. The Private Water Supplies (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015. Comes into force 28th November.

These Regulations amend the Private Water Supplies Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 (SR 2009/413) with the aim of further protecting human health from the adverse effects of any contamination of water supplied for human consumption purposes

SI 2015/1869. The Single Common Market Organisation (Emergency Aid for Milk Producers) Regulations 2015. Comes into force 16th November.

These Regulations make provision for the implementation of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/1853 providing for temporary exceptional aid to farmers in the livestock sectors.

SSI 2015/383. The Environmental Regulation (Enforcement Measures) (Scotland) Order 2015. Comes into force 12th November.

This Order provides the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (“SEPA”) with powers to impose civil enforcement measures on persons in relation to the offences specified in Schedule 4 to the Order. The enforcement measures are fixed monetary penalties, variable monetary penalties and enforcement undertakings

SR 2015/367. The Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015. Comes into force 10th December.

These Regulations amend the Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013 (SR 2013/205), to add two new fuels to the list of fuels declared to be authorised fuels, for the purposes of Article 2(2) of the Clean Air (Northern Ireland) Order 1981
