The Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2017. Comes into force 5th May. These Regulations amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Wales) Regulations 2015 (WSI 2015/1597).  The amendments principally cover appeals.

The Marine Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017.  Comes into force 16th May. These Regulations revoke, re-enact and update, the Marine Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2007 (SSI 2007/1518).

The Agriculture, Land Drainage and Irrigation Projects (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017. Comes into force 16th May.  These Regulations revoke and re-enact and update, with savings, the Environmental Impact Assessment (Agriculture) (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (SSI 2006/582) and Part IV of the Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 1999 (SSI 1999/1).

The Forestry (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017.  Comes into force 16th May.  These Regulations revoke and replace, with amendments and saving provision, the Environmental Impact Assessment (Forestry) (Scotland) Regulations 1999 (SSI 1999/43).
