SI 2021/422.  The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Amendment) Regulations.  Comes into force 4th May. These Regulations amend the concentration of Cadmium in Schedule A1 of  SI 2012/3032 Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012 from 0.1% to 0.01%

SI 2021/415 The Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order 2021. Comes into force 31st March. These Regulations amend Article 72 (determining whether a relevant shortfall has occurred) and Article 86 (functions of the Authority) of SI 2015/1947 Renewables Obligation Order 2015.

SI 2021/428.   The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development etc.) (England) (Amendment) Order 2021.  Comes into force April 21st .  This Order amends SI 2015/596 The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.
