SI 2018/1205. The Climate Change Agreements (Amendment of Agreements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018. Comes into force on Brexit day.  These Regulations make amendments to the umbrella and underlying agreements, which exist under the Climate Change Agreement Scheme established under Schedule 6 to the Finance Act 2000 (c.17).

WSI 2018/1208.  The Environmental Noise (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2018. Comes into force 31st December.  These Regulations amend The Environmental Noise (Wales) Regulations 2006 (WSI 2006/2629) to implement Commission Directive (EU) 2015/996 establishing common noise assessment methods.

SI 2018/1202. The Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety at Work) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018. Comes into force on Brexit day.  Makes very minor amendments to:

SI 2018/1227. The Environmental Protection (Miscellaneous Amendments) (England and Wales) Regulations 2018.  Comes into force 7th January 2019.  These Regulations make amendments to the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (c. 43) and the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (SI 2016/1154).  Amendments to SI 2016/1154 cover new conditions for environmental permits authorising certain waste operations, amendments relating to flood risk activities and an amendment relating to radioactive substances activities.
