The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017. Comes into force 2nd February. Amends the recycling targets in The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 (SR 2007/198) and revokes The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 (SR 2014/276).

The Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017. Comes into force 11th February. Amends Schedule 2 of The Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2014. (SSI 2014/338).

The Air Quality Standards (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017. Coming into force 9th February.  Amends regulation 2(2) and Schedule 1 (sampling points, etc.) of The Air Quality Standards Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 (SR 2010/188).

The Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) Order 2017. Comes into force 30th January.  Article 2 of this Order establishes, under section 22 of the Petroleum Act 1987, a safety zone having a radius of 500 metres from the Callater Towhead Manifold (a subsea installation), Block 9/19b, Beryl Field.
