The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017. Comes into force 16th May. These Regulations revoke and re-enact and update, with amendments and savings, the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2011. (SSI 2011/139).

The Water Act 2014 (Consequential Amendments etc.) Order 2017. Comes into force 31st March. Makes minor amendments to a range of Statutory Instruments as a result of the changes to the water supply licensing regime in England and Wales and introduction of a new sewerage licensing regime brought about by the Water Act 2014.

Commission Regulation amending Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009 of the on substances that deplete the ozone layer.  Comes into force 18th April.  The amendment covers aircraft under the definition of ‘new equipment’.

The Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Determination of Procedure) (Wales) Order 2017.  Comes into force 5th May.  Makes a minor amendment to Section 21B(7) of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990.
