Simplfi allows us to effectively track the varying legislation that affects our operations and ensures we remain compliant. Having everything in one place, receiving update emails and the monthly newsletter is also useful. External auditors see the benefit to the business of having Simplifi to ensure compliance with the requirements of 14001 and 18001.

Since signing up to Simplifi solutions we have created an interactive legal register linked in to the aspect register module; a great improvement on what we had before. Our legal register was tailor made by a completing a targeted set of questions. Once created, we were than able to create our Environmental Aspects Register as well. The ability to comment on both registers enables the reviewing process to be documented, which auditors very much appreciate. I can’t recommend Simplifi solutions enough.
