SI 2022/844. The Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) and Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution) (Law of the Sea Convention) Amendment Order 2022.  Comes into force 20th July. This Order amends the Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1989 (SI 1989/1350) and the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution) (Law of the Sea Convention) Order 1996 (SI 1996/282).

SI 2022/842. The Contracts for Difference (Allocation) and Electricity Market Reform (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2022.  Comes into force 22nd July. These Regulations amends the Contracts for Difference (Allocation) Regulations 2014 (SI 2014/2011) and the Electricity Market Reform (General) Regulations 2014 (SI. 2014/2013).  Temporary site exclusions will apply for the next two CFD allocation rounds. Certain floating offshore wind generating stations will be required to produce a supply chain statement to take part in a CFD allocation round.

RI 2022/404.  European Union (Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases) Regulations 2022.  Published 28th July. SI 2022/927. The Building Safety Act 2022 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2022.  Comes into force 1st September. Sections 126 to 129 of the Building Safety Act 2022 (building industry schemes and prohibitions on development and building control).
