Comes into force immediately before IP completion day. SI 2020/734. The Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2020. In force from 16th July to 31st December 2020. These regulations amend the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations 2004 (SI 2004/1633) by adding Regulation 18 which temporarily modifies public inspection requirements.

SI 2020/755. The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2020. Comes into force 31st August. This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (SI 2015/596). The amendments cover enlargement of dwelling houses (Part 1 Schedule 2), construction of new dwelling houses on detached buildings in commercial or mixed use (Part 20 Schedule 2)

SI 2020/791 These Regulations require members of the public to wear face coverings whilst inside a relevant place specified in the Regulations in England to protect against the risks to public health arising from coronavirus, except in certain limited cases.
