These Regulations amend Electricity and Gas (Standards of Performance) (Suppliers) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/1544). The amendments to Regulation 6ZA concern supplier transfer.
SI 2024/104. The Building Safety Act 2022 (Commencement No. 7 and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2024. Comes into force 6th April. Sections 42 to 45, along with Schedule 4, Sections 49 to 53, Section 55 with Schedule 5 and Section 58.
SI 2024/100. The Online Safety (List of Overseas Regulators) Regulations 2024. Comes into force 30th January. These Regulations specify those overseas regulators with whom the Office of Communications can co-operate under their power in section 114 of the Online Safety Act (A 2023 c.50)
