SI 2020/130.  The Electricity Supplier Obligations (Excluded Electricity) (Amendment) Regulations 2020. Comes into force 3rd April.  These Regulations amend the Electricity Supplier Obligations (Amendment & Excluded Electricity) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/721).  The main changes cover:

SSI 2020/65.  The Scottish Landfill Tax (Standard Rate and Lower Rate) Order 2020.  Comes into force 1st April. This Order specifies that the standard rate is £94.15 and the lower rate is £3.00.

WSI 2020/206. The Official Controls (Plant Health and Genetically Modified Organisms) (Wales) Regulations 2020. Comes into force 27th March. These Regulations implement Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 on protective measures against pests of plants and Regulation (EU) 2017/625 on the application of food and feed law, rules on animal health and welfare, plant health and plant protection products.

SI 2020/237. The Health Protection (Notification) (Amendment) Regulations 2020.  Comes into force 6th March.  These Regulations amend Health Protection (Notification) Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/659) by adding COVID-19 to the list of notifiable diseases in Schedule 1 and SARS-CoV 2 to the list of causative agents in Schedule 2.
