SI 2021/1110. The Radiation Emergency and Consultation Regulations 2021.  Coming into force 1st November.  These Regulations amend SI 2019/703 The Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2019 and SI 2009/1348 The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2009 to replace references to Public Health England with references to the UK Health Security Agency.

RI 2021/528.   The Republic of Ireland Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.  Regulation published on 15th October. These Regulations amend Schedule 4 of RI 2013/291 The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.  The purpose of the amendment is to gradually bring to an end the extended validity of safety awareness registration cards.

RI 2021/529. European Union (Restriction of certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic equipment) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2021. Regulation published on 19th October. These regulations amend the definition of the Directive in RI 2012/513  The European Union (Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations 2012.
