The Documents module is a collection of documents that mirror the ISO14001 and ISO18001 standards. The documents contained offer a series of templates and explanations which together help an organisation to implement and manage their accreditations.
As well as the documents which populate the module, there is the facility for users to upload their own documents, making the module a mini document management system to complement an organisations evidence of compliance.

2Can we use the documents within other modules in Simplifi?
It can be very useful when demonstrating compliance to Legislation for an organisation to be able to show supporting documents as evidence of awareness and actions taken to remedy certain pieces of Legislation. Therefore, Simplifi users are able to attach documents to Legislation and also to Audit checklists as further supporting evidence of awareness and compliance.
