The Feed-in Tariffs (Amendment) Order 2016. Comes into force 31st March. The Order amends and corrects the Feed-in Tariffs Order 2012 (SI 2012/2782).

The Town and Country Planning (Compensation) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2016. Comes into force 6th April. These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Compensation) (England) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/598) to add a new class of development the list of permitted development rights for which compensation on withdrawal of the right is limited.

The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) Order 2016. Comes into force 6th April This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (SI 2015/596).

The Pollution Prevention and Control (Fees) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2016. Comes into force 1st June. Makes minor amendments to The Pollution Prevention and Control (Fees) (Miscellaneous Amendments and Other Provisions) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/431), Offshore Petroleum Production and Pipe-lines (Assessment of Environmental Effects) Regulations 1999 (SI 1999/360) and Offshore Petroleum Activities (Conservation of Habitats) Regulations 2001 (SI 2001/1754).
