SI 2022/1342. The Merchant Shipping (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) Regulations 2022. Comes into force 10^th January. These Regulations implement the requirements of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978 which were previously implemented by SI 2015/782 The Merchant Shipping (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) Regulations 2015.
