SI 2022/1383.  The Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Exemptions) (Fees) Regulations 2022.  Comes into force 6^th April. These Regulations permit the introduction of fees payable to the Secretary of State for determining applications for the grant, renewal or revocation of an exemption from the restriction in regulation 3(1) of the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012.
