SI 2015/1917. The Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 2015. Comes into force 11th December.

These Regulations amend the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006 (SI.2006/599) in order to implement Commission Directive 2014/88/EU amending Directive 2004/49/EC as regards common safety indicators and common methods of calculating accident costs.

SSI 2015/384. The Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Amendment Order 2015. Came into force 12th November. This Order amends the Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Order (SSI 2009/140). Most of the amendments relate to the use of biomass to generate electricity.

SR 2015/367. The Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015. Comes into force 10th December.

These Regulations amend the Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013 (SR 2013/205), to add two new fuels to the list of fuels declared to be authorised fuels, for the purposes of Article 2(2) of the Clean Air (Northern Ireland) Order 1981
