SI 2024/403. The Renewables Obligation (Amendment) (Energy Intensive Industries) Order 2024. Comes into force 21th March. These Regulations amend The Renewables Obligation Order 2015 (SI 2015/1947) with respect of the 2024/25 obligation period.

SI 2024/391. The Countryside Stewardship (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2024. Comes into force 8th April.  These Regulations amend Part 2 of the Schedule to the Countryside Stewardship (England) Regulations 2020 (SI 2020/41).  Part 2 sets out the maximum payment rates per agreement year for management activities carried out as part of a countryside stewardship agreement.

SI 2024/365. The Waste Enforcement (Fixed Penalty Receipts) (Amendment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2024. Comes into force 1st April.   These Regulations amend the Part 2 (waste on land) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (A 1990 c. 43) and Part 9 of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act (A 2005 c.16).  The amendments cover the use which Local Authorities may make of such receipts.
