RI 2022/428.  European Union (Restriction of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2022.  Regulation published 2nd September.  These Regulations amend the European Union (Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations 2012 (RI 2012/513) to give effect to the provisions of a number of Commission Delegated Directives.

SI 2022/927. The Building Safety Act 2022 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2022.  Comes into force 1st September. Sections 126 to 129 of the Building Safety Act 2022 (building industry schemes and prohibitions on development and building control).
