SI 2022/707. The Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (Amendment) Regulations 2022. Comes into force 1st October.  Amends the Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (England) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/1693) to extend the regulations to landlords who are registered providers of social housing.

SI 2022/711 The Building Safety (Leaseholder Protections) (England) Regulations 2022.  Comes into force 20th July. These Regulations support leaseholder protection provisions in the Building Safety Act (A 2022 c.30) in relation to remediation of certain defects in buildings over eleven metres in height.

SI 2022/691. The Contracts for Difference (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2022.  Comes into force 21st June.  This regulation makes minor amendments the Contracts for Difference (Definition of Eligible Generator) Regulations 2014 (SI 2014/2010 and the Contracts for Difference (Allocation) Regulations 2014 (SI 2014/2011).
