The Non-automatic Weighing Instruments Regulations 2016. Comes into force 28th December. These Regulations implement Directive 2014/31/EU on the marketing of non-automatic weighing instruments.

The Lifts (Amendment) Regulations 2016. Comes into force 8th December. These Regulations amend the Lifts Regulations 2016 (SI 2016/1093) to make clear that those Regulations apply to lifts and safety components for lifts placed on the market on or after 8th December 2016.

The Financial Assistance for Environmental Purposes (Scotland) Order 2016. Comes into force 1st of February 2017. Amends section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
