These Regulations make minor amendments SR 2011/239 The Controls on Ozone-Depleting Substances Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 – designation of the Competent Authority and SR 2015/281 The Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 – references to the European Commission.

SI 2020/1429.  The Ship Recycling (Facilities and Requirements for Hazardous Materials on Ships) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020. Coming into force on IP implementation day.  Makes amendments to Regulation 4, European List of facilities at which ships flying the flag of a Member State may be recycled), of SR 2015/229 Ship Recycling Facilities Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015.

SI 2020/1422.  The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2020. Comes into force on 28th December.  These Regulations amend SI 2012/3118 Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 by adding a new requirement for the reporting of inspection of air-conditioning systems.
