SR 2015/371. The Renewable Heat Incentive Schemes (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015. Came into force 18th November.

These Regulations amend the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 (SR 2012/396 ) and the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Northern Ireland) 2014 (SR 2014/301).

EU 2015/2030. Commission Regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 850/2004 on persistent organic pollutants. Comes into force on 3rd December. Annex 1 of the Regulation is amended with respect to Alkanes C10-C13, chloro (short-chain chlorinated paraffins) (SCCPs)

SR 2015/369. The Nitrates Action Programme (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015. Comes into force 14th December.

These Regulations amend the Nitrates Action Programme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 (SR 2014/307) in regard to penalties and the measures concerning land management and record keeping.
