SI 2023/651. The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2023.  Comes into force 2nd October. These Regulations amend Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (SI 2016/1154) in relation to the management and protection of groundwater quality in England.

RI 2023/306.  European Union (Transport Of Dangerous Goods By Rail) (Amendment) Regulations 2023.   Comes into force 30th June.  These Regulations amend the European Communities (Transport of Dangerous Goods by Rail) Regulations 2010 (RI 2010/651) in line with the technical amendment made by Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2022/2407 of 20 September 2022 in regard to inland transport of dangerous goods by rail.

SI 2023/627. The Medical Devices (Amendment) (Great Britain) Regulations 2023.  Comes into force 1st July.  These Regulations amend the Medical Devices Regulations 2002 (SI 2002/618) to extend the periods for which certain medical devices that comply with EU legislation can be placed on the market in Great Britain.
