The Working Time Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016. Comes into force 28th February. These Regulations implement Council Directive 2003/88/EC concerning certain aspects of the organisation of working time and provisions concerning working time on the protection of young people at work.

The Developments of National Significance (Application of Enactments) (Wales) Order 2016. Comes into force 1st March. This Order applies various enactments to applications made to the Welsh Ministers for planning permission for development which is of national significance.

The Developments of National Significance (Specified Criteria and Prescribed Secondary Consents) (Wales) Regulations 2016. Comes into force 1st March. These Regulations specify the criteria for development which is of national significance for the purposes of section 62D of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
