The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2016. Came into force 24th February. These Regulations amend the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 (SI 2007/871) and the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 (SR 2007/198)
