The Renewable Heat Incentive Schemes (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016. Came into force 16th February. These Regulations amend the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 and the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014.

The Water Supply and Sewerage Licences (Cross-Border Applications) Regulations 2016. Comes into force 1st April. These Regulations provide that an application made under the Water Services etc. (Scotland) Act to Ofwat is to be treated as if it was an application for the grant of a water supply licence or sewerage licence

WSI 2016/55 (W25). The Developments of National Significance (Procedure) (Wales) Order 2016. Came into force 2nd February. This Order makes provision for the manner in which applications for planning permission with respect of such developments are to be dealt with by the Welsh Ministers.
