The Health and Safety and Nuclear (Fees) Regulations 2016. Comes into force 6th April. These Regulations 2016 revoke and replace the Health and Safety and Nuclear (Fees) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/363). The Regulations introduce fee increases for fees that were prescribed by SI 2015/363

Commission Regulation amending Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products. Comes into force 24th March. Adds the substance Diethylene Glycol Monoethyl Ether (DEGEE) with the INCI name Ethoxydiglycol to the list of regulated cosmetic products

Amends Waste and Contaminated Land (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 (SR 1997/2778), Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 (SR 2003/493), Hazardous Waste Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (SR 2005/300), Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 (SR 2007/198), Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011 (SR 2011/78), Waste Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011(SR 2011/127), Pollution Prevention and Control (Industrial Emissions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013 (SR 2013/160).
