The Waste (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016. Comes into force 15th July. Amends Waste and Contaminated Land (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 (SR 1997/2778), Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 (SR 2003/493), Hazardous Waste Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (SR 2005/300), Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 (SR 2007/198), Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011 (SR 2011/78), Waste Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011(SR 2011/127), Pollution Prevention and Control (Industrial Emissions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013 (SR 2013/160).
