SI 2020/734. The Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2020. In force from 16th July to 31st December 2020. These regulations amend the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations 2004 (SI 2004/1633) by adding Regulation 18 which temporarily modifies public inspection requirements.

SI 2020/711. The Climate Change Agreements, CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme and Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020. Comes into force immediately before IP completion day. These Regulations amend the regulations listed below and substitute a number of references to “exit day” in those regulations with “IP completion day”.• SI 2018/1205. SI 2020/620. The Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution by Sewage from Ships) Regulations 2020.  Comes into force 22nd July 2020.  These Regulations revoke and replace the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution by Sewage and Garbage from Ships) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/3257). The provisions in relation to the prevention of pollution by garbage from ships are now to be found in the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution by Garbage from Ships) Regulations 2020 (SI 2020/621), which come into force simultaneously with these Regulations.
