The Plant Health (England) (Amendment) Order 2017. Comes into force on 6th February. Amends The Plant Health (England) Order 2015 (SI 2015/610). This Order implements Commission Implementing Decisions (EU) 2016/715, (EU) 2016/764 and (EU) 2016/1359 to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the EU of various plant diseases.

Commission Implementing Regulation on Identification of recreational craft and personal watercraft. Comes into force on 20th January. Implements Directive 2013/53/EU on recreational craft and personal watercraft and repeals Directive 94/25/EC .

The Plant Health (Fees) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2016. Comes into force on 16th January 2017.  Amends Schedule 2 of the Plant Health (Fees) (England) Regulations 2014 (SI 2014/601)
