SI 2020/330. The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) Order 2020. Comes into force 24th March. This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (SI 2015/596).  This amendment will allow for a time limited (temporary) change of use to the provision of takeaway food, from restaurants, cafes and drinking establishments

WSI 2020/334.  The Health Protection (Coronavirus: Closure of Leisure Businesses, Footpaths and Access Land) (Wales) Regulations 2020 . Comes into force 24th March. These Regulations require the closure of holiday caravan sites, camping sites, amusement arcades and indoor play centres to protect against the risks to public health arising from coronavirus. Closures last until a direction is given by the Welsh Ministers allowing them to re-open. The Regulations also imposes a duty, for the same purpose, on local authorities, National Park authorities, National Resources Wales and the National Trust to close certain public footpaths and land.

UK Government is publishing temporary amendments to Statutory Instruments in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  The time frame for these amendments appears to be from present until September 2020. Simplifi will process these amendment as normal and will “red-line” them at such time that they cease to apply.
