SI 2016/623. The Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 2) Order 2016. Comes into force 27th June. Establishes a 500m radius safety zone, as provided by The Petroleum Act 1987, around three installations.

The installations are:

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/879. Comes into force 22nd June. This Regulation covers the declaration of conformity when placing refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment charged with hydrofluorocarbons on the market and its verification by an independent auditor.

The Private Water Supplies (England) Regulations 2016. Comes into force 20th June. They revoke and replace the Private Water Supplies Regulations 2009 (SI 2009/3101). These Regulations apply to private supplies of water intended for human consumption.
