The Detergents (Amendment) Regulations 2016. Comes into force 1st January 2017. These Regulations amend the Detergents Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/740) to reflect the changes made by EU Regulation (EU) No 259/2012 as regards the use of phosphates and other phosphorus compounds in consumer laundry detergents and consumer automatic dishwasher detergents.

The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2016. Comes into force 20th December.  Schedule 2 to the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 (recovery and recycling obligations) (SI 2007/871) is amended. The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 (SI 2014/2890) are revoked.

The Offshore Installations (Offshore Safety Directive) (Safety Case etc.) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016. Comes into force 19th December. These Regulations replace the Offshore Installations (Safety Case) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007.
