SI 2022/718

SI 2022/718. The Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2022. Comes into force 28th July. These Regulations amend the Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/2215). The amendments result from the repeals to the Building Act 1984 set out in section 48 of the Building Safety Act 2022 (c. 30).

Amends the definition of “The Directive” in European Union (Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations 2012 (RI 2012/513).
