SSI 2020/65. The Scottish Landfill Tax (Standard Rate and Lower Rate) Order 2020. Comes into force 1st April. This Order specifies that the standard rate is £94.15 and the lower rate is £3.00.

SI 2020/130. The Electricity Supplier Obligations (Excluded Electricity) (Amendment) Regulations 2020. Comes into force 3rd April. These Regulations amend the Electricity Supplier Obligations (Amendment & Excluded Electricity) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/721). The main changes cover:

EU 2020/171

EU 2020/171. Commission Regulation amending Annex XIV to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). Comes into force 26th February. Amends the Annex by adding a number of substances categorised as Toxic for reproduction (category 1B) or persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic and/or very persistent and very bioaccumulative.
