The Food Hygiene (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2016. Comes into force 15th October. Makes minor amendments with respect to controls for Trichinella in meat.

SI 2016/888. The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2016.  Comes into force 1st October   These Regulations amend the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 (SI 2012/3118).  The amendment covers electronic production of energy performance certificates and the disclosure of data to green deal providers or assessors.

The Water Environment (Shellfish Water Protected Areas: Designation) (Scotland) Order 2016. Comes into force 4th October. This Order designates Loch Ryan as a shellfish water protected area.
