SR 2015/367. The Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015. Comes into force 10th December.

These Regulations amend the Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013 (SR 2013/205), to add two new fuels to the list of fuels declared to be authorised fuels, for the purposes of Article 2(2) of the Clean Air (Northern Ireland) Order 1981
