SI 2022/470. The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Automated Vehicles) Order 2022. Comes into force 1st July.  Amends SI 1986/1078 The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986.  The amendment removes the prohibition set in regulation 109(1) (television sets) with respect to appropriately modified automatic vehicles.

SI 2022/467. The Emissions Performance Standard (Amendment) Regulations 2022 Comes into force 17th May. Amends SI 2015/933 Emissions Performance Standard Regulations 2015 by amending a number of definitions.

SSI 2022/138. The Environment and Trade in Animals and Related Products (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2022.  Comes into force 1st June. These Regulations make amendments to legislation in the field of water, flood risk management and environmental noise and air quality.

SI 2022/454.  The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2022.  Comes into force 14th April. Amends SI 2020/1265 The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Order 2020. The amendment adds the power to inspect premises to ensure compliance may be exercised by an “authorised person” as well as the regulator.
