The Marine and Coast Guard Agency is consulting on The Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022.  Consultation closes 6th October.    The proposed Regulations will revoke and replace the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004 (SI 2004/0302).
